These terms govern your use of Shitu (全能识图), provided by Beijing 8791 Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Service

Shitu offers on-device text and QR recognition and optional AI-assisted image understanding. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are for general informational assistance only. Verify important medical, legal, financial, identity, safety, or professional information with qualified sources.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in images and text you submit. You grant us and our AI service provider a limited permission to process selected content only to provide the requested result. Do not submit content you lack the right to use, unlawful content, malware, or content intended to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Eligible subscriptions and lifetime purchases unlock the Pro benefits displayed in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable rules. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple. Network availability, model availability, reasonable usage protection, and these terms still apply to paid use.

4. Availability and changes

We may correct, improve, limit, or discontinue features. Internet and third-party AI services may be unavailable. On-device features may remain usable when AI service is unavailable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on AI output or external services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

本条款适用于您使用由北京捌柒玖壹科技有限公司提供的全能识图。

1. 服务内容

全能识图提供端侧文字、二维码识别及可选的 AI 图片理解。AI 输出可能不完整或不准确，仅用于一般信息辅助。涉及医疗、法律、金融、身份、安全或专业事项时，请向有资质的权威渠道核验。

2. 您的内容与合理使用

您保留对所提交图片和文字的权利。为返回您请求的结果，您允许我们和 AI 服务提供商在必要范围内处理当前选中的内容。请勿提交无权使用、违法、含恶意代码的内容，也不得利用服务进行攻击、逆向、过载或干扰。

3. 购买与订阅

符合条件的订阅和永久购买会解锁 App 内展示的 Pro 权益。订阅按照 Apple 规则自动续订，除非您最迟在当前周期结束前 24 小时通过 Apple 取消。扣费、取消与退款由 Apple 处理。付费使用仍受网络、模型可用性、合理使用保护和本条款约束。

4. 可用性与变更

我们可能修正、改进、限制或停止功能。网络和第三方 AI 服务可能暂时不可用；AI 不可用时，端侧功能可能仍可使用，但我们不保证服务始终不中断或完全无误。

5. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，服务按“现状”提供，不保证结果准确、适合特定用途或持续可用。对于因依赖 AI 输出或外部服务造成的间接或后果性损失，我们不承担责任；法律不得排除的消费者权利不受影响。
