Getting help

Shitu provides on-device OCR and QR recognition. AI image understanding requires a network connection and your explicit consent before the selected image is uploaded.

Common questions

AI is unavailable: Check your connection and try again. On-device OCR remains available.

Restore purchases: Open My → Sync Previous Purchases. Subscription management is handled by Apple.

Delete local history: Open My → Clear Local Records. The AI proxy does not persist uploaded images or results.
